About the Artist

Sheree Kennedy is a self-taught artist who, as an Energy Healer, works with subtle unseen energies on a daily basis – her artwork is an interpretation of those energies as seen through her eyes. Years ago, Sheree created energy art drawings using pens, in particular metallic inks. She now enjoys the versatility that digital applications have to offer and has swapped drawing on paper for creating art on her iPad Pro. Sheree’s unique perspective and artistic expression transcend time and space, offering an exploration into universes, realms and expansive consciousness.

That ‘feel good’ factor

Much of Sheree’s recent artwork involves fractals, which are fascinating because as well as holding beautiful energy resonance, scientific research has shown that viewing fractals can reduce stress by 60%!

To simplify; fractals are never-ending mathematical patterns which are self-similar across different scales, they are an expression of how energy flows and forms structure, they are a way to see infinity.

Fractals are found everywhere, rivers, trees, leaves, mountain ranges, skies, our circulatory systems, our lungs – they’re all micro/macro fractals. Being in nature, or around art can give us that ‘feel good’ factor by lightening our mood and lifting our spirits. A beautiful way of reconnecting with ourselves, others and the world around us.
