A. All terms stated in this document are enforceable under UK and Scottish Law and the participant accepts they have read, understood and abide by all the conditions stated herein.

B. Customer Booking

i) If you have made payment on Sherenity website or directly to Sheree Kennedy bank accounts, or through Paypal or Stripe – you have agreed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and, therefore, entered into a contract with Sheree Kennedy, Sherenity.

ii) Once a booking is received in the form of any payment and Sheree Kennedy, Sherenity confirms the booking the reservation is made and bound by the terms of this agreement.

C. Fees and Payments

Fees and payments for any Sheree Kennedy, Sherenity services are paid in advance.

D. Cancellation Policy

i) If you wish to cancel, please kindly notify us no less than 24hours before scheduled event or you may incur cancellation and admin fees.

ii) Sheree Kennedy reserves the right to offer you an alternative date, or credit at her discretion subject to additional admin fee and any loss of revenue resulting from your non-attendance.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our online services.  We will not use your information for any reason other than that stated or share with anybody other than those described in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information is used to improve the service offered by us; by using the Sherenity website you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance to this policy.

Information Collection and Log Data

This data is used strictly for analytical purposes and will not be shared by any third party beyond Sherenity, our information processor in this instance will be Google Analytics.
