Hi, I’m Sheree, proud founder of Sherenity Holistic Energy Healing and Intuitive Artwork, based in Solihull, West Midlands.
As an Energy Healer I’ve learned first hand that raising your vibration can have a huge impact on emotional, mental and physical health and I now use the techniques that helped me, to help others.
Also a self-taught artist, I combine my intuitive senses with energy knowledge, to create unique pieces of vibrant energy artwork. A representation of energy essence in artistic form.
How did I get here?
I’m no stranger to life’s challenges, I’ve experienced deep personal loss at various stages of my life, including losing my Mom at the age of 9. Add the complexities of a 25 year Police career to the mix, along with a couple of years spent living and working in France, and I’d say my life has been a varied one.
When I reached my forties I realised that in order to survive and thrive I needed to radically change the way I perceived my life and the way I felt. Energy healing and immersing myself in creating artwork, helped rebuild my world by kickstarting my self-healing process and giving me an outlet to explore the wider universe, higher consciousness and other aspects of spirituality. A place in which to heal.
Why do I do what I do?
As a Police Detective I worked in many different departments, including Drugs and Domestic Abuse Units, where I witnessed the overwhelming effects of repeating patterns of dependency and abuse. I’m acutely aware of the devastating effects that poor emotional, mental and physical health can have on individuals and their families. Having qualified as an Energy Field Healer I came to the realisation that I could help people more in that capacity, so I took early retirement from the police – and here I am!
Nowadays, I’m an ‘Energy Detective‘. By combining my professional and personal life experience with advanced tried and tested healing techniques, I’ve adapted my unique skillset to help others release, recover and reconnect with who they truly are, so they feel at peace with the past, fully engaged in the present and ready to create the life they wish to lead.

My Other Interests
I have a son of whom I’m immensely proud and my dog Milo is my constant companion. I maintain strong ties with family and friends in France, am fluent in French and love the language and lifestyle.
I’m a compulsive ‘Happy Snapper’! Daily dog walks and taking photos are an essential part of my self-care routine. Fascinated by the beauty of nature; the seasons, the life cycles of trees, flowers and plants, I’m particularly intrigued by their fractal geometry, the intricate detail and patterns that you see when you look that little bit closer.

I’d describe myself as compassionate and caring, practical and grounded, I’m also a little bit quirky and can be a lot of fun! I try to see beauty in all things and believe that laughter is the best medicine.
